Independent verification for the campaigns customers actually receive
Telltide checks what lands in monitored inboxes, not just what your sending platform says it sent. Built for CRM and lifecycle teams running a mix of human-built and Agent-built campaigns where a send that didn't go out costs real revenue.
Sent and received correctly are different things
Sending platforms confirm that a message was dispatched or accepted for delivery. That does not guarantee the customer received the right email, on time, with the right content, only once. The gap between sent and received correctly is where customer-facing failures hide. Agentic CRM is making that gap wider.
Missed sends go undetected
A trigger issue, suppression rule, audience problem or handoff failure means the email never reaches the inbox. The platform may show no obvious problem. The customer never gets the message.
Late arrivals still look like success
The email arrives after the expected window. Reporting still shows a successful send, but the customer experience is already broken.
Duplicate sends are easy to miss
A retry loop or workflow issue sends the same email twice. The platform records sends. The customer sees the mistake.
Content fails silently
The merge tag pulled null. The dynamic block did not render. The link points to a 404. The email arrived, but the customer received something broken.
Agent-built campaigns drift quietly
An agent group on Klaviyo Composer, Salesforce Agentforce or HubSpot Breeze starts producing campaigns that fail materially more often than your human-built baseline. The platform's own monitoring does not surface this because the platform is reporting on itself.
Add a monitor, declare attribution, set expectations, get alerted
Add a monitoring address to a live workflow
Telltide gives you a unique monitoring address for each journey you want to watch. Add it to any live customer, lifecycle, or transactional workflow. No ESP integration required.
Declare attribution
Tell Telltide which campaigns are human-built and which are Agent-built. Pick the agent platform if it is Klaviyo Composer, Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, or other. Telltide applies tighter monitoring to agent-flagged campaigns.
Set expected behaviour
Define when each email should arrive, how often, and what counts as late or duplicated. For transactional flows with no fixed schedule, configure heartbeat monitors instead.
Get alerted when something breaks
Email, Slack, webhook and the Telltide Card on Apple Wallet today, with SMS on Business when it lights up. The Card sits on your lock screen. Green when journeys are healthy. Red when there is an open incident.
Nine independent checks on every monitored journey
Telltide watches the inbox, not the platform. Each check runs on the message that actually arrived, against expectations you define for that monitor.
Arrival
Did the expected email arrive in the monitored inbox during the configured window? Telltide confirms presence, not just a send event.
Timing
Did the email arrive within the expected time window? Telltide flags messages that arrive late or outside the defined schedule.
Duplication
Did the same message arrive more than once in the window? Telltide detects duplicate sends that your ESP may count as successful.
Content integrity
Optional automated checks look inside each message for broken links, unresolved personalisation tokens like "Hi {{first_name}}", truncated content and rendering failures. Enable per monitor, on any paid plan.
Sender consistency
Telltide checks the From address, display name and authentication signals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on every monitored delivery, so sender drift and inbox-trust failures surface before deliverability drops.
Behavioural silence
For monitors with no fixed schedule, Telltide learns the journey's baseline send rate and flags when expected sends stop arriving. The failure that used to take weeks to spot is caught in hours.
Volume spikes
When a monitored journey starts firing materially more often than its baseline, Telltide alerts on the runaway-loop pattern before it lands in customer inboxes as a complaint.
Agent quality drift (Growth and Business)
Telltide compares Agent-built campaigns against your own human baseline on the same platform. When the agent drifts on subject style, sender mix, send timing or content patterns, you see it before anyone else does.
Cross-monitor systemic detection
When multiple monitors degrade at the same time on the same platform, Telltide tags every related alert with the cross-monitor context so the pattern is visible up front. You see the shape of the failure on the alert, not just the symptom in isolation.
Every monitor at a glance
See which flows are healthy, which are overdue, and which are still waiting for their first send. Incidents bubble up. One click drills in.
Your CRM status light, on the lock screen
Every paid plan includes the Telltide Card on Apple Wallet. A glance at the lock screen tells you whether monitored campaigns are healthy, overdue or in incident. Push notifications fire on state change so you do not need to be in the app to know something broke. Android via Google Wallet is coming soon.
What the alerts look like when something breaks
Every alert names the monitor, the failure, and the context needed to act.
Your platform sees the send. Telltide sees what landed.
These are different checks. Both matter when email delivery is part of the customer experience.
What your platform confirms
- Message sent or accepted for delivery
- Bounce and send metrics
- Open and click tracking
What Telltide adds
- Whether the email arrived in the inbox
- Whether it arrived in the expected time window
- Whether it arrived more than once
- Whether content and links render correctly (optional)
- Whether sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) passed
- Whether the campaign came from a human, an agent or both
- Whether the agent group on Composer, Agentforce or Breeze is drifting from your human baseline
Built for the era where the agent ships the campaign
Klaviyo Composer, Salesforce Agentforce and HubSpot Breeze let agents build, schedule and ship campaigns autonomously. The platforms monitor themselves. Telltide is the independent layer that watches what the agent actually shipped, separates Agent-built from human-built per monitor, and flags drift against your human baseline before it reaches customers.
Per-monitor attribution
Tag each journey as human-built, Agent-built or mixed, with the agent platform named. Every alert and incident carries that attribution so the right team responds.
Independent of the platform
Telltide is not part of Klaviyo, Salesforce or HubSpot. Verification runs on the email that landed in a real inbox, so the platform's reporting is no longer the only source of truth.
Drift against your own baseline
On Growth and Business, Telltide compares Agent-built campaigns to your human-built baseline on the same platform and flags drift on subject style, sender mix, send timing and content patterns.
